ColeSafety keeps customer information in strict confidence. We do not release any information on any of our customers to anyone without that customers consent.
- Shipping & Delivery
ColeSafety ships all orders United States Priority Mail. Delivery time is approximately 3 - 5 days. If a different shipping method is needed, please notify us.
- Sales Tax
ColeSafety does not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of Kentucky. Shipping charges are taxable.
- Return Policy
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped out. Un-opened un-used item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund LESS shipping/handling fees.
Due to the nature of the products, defects are extremely rare. Virtually all issues are installation related.
